Booking Policies
At The Hair Collective, we understand how chaotic life can be so we encourage all guests of the salon to book their appointments in advance especially when you have a specific date & time in which you would like your hair looking it’s best.
To protect our salon we have implemented the below booking fee to hold your appointment time for you & the below cancellation policy.
We ask that should you need to reschedule your appointment, you do it at your earliest convenience. We require a minimum 48hrs notice that you wish to reschedule/cancel your appointment in order for your booking fee to be transferred with your rescheduled booking.
– All our services upon booking require a booking fee to be paid within 24hrs of making an appointment. In instances where you fail to pay the booking fee with less than 7 days until your appointment, your appointment is at risk of being cancelled. This fee is to securely hold the appointment time for you.
– ALL services require between 20-50% deposit at time of booking which will be deducted from your total service costs at time of check out.
– Failure to show to your appointment will result in your booking fee being forfeited & will not be refunded.
– Failure to reschedule or cancel your appointment with less than 48hrs notice will result in a forfeit of your booking fee.
